ABOUT THE L.I.F.E AMBASSADOR PROGRAM:
The L.I.F.E Sports Academy supervises and regulates sports programs for elementary, middle, and high school students that attend home, public, private and charter schools. The organization also recognizes and honors academic achievement among student-athletes in our programs to continue to promote our vision of Lets Invest in Future Education and Employment (L.I.F.E). We currently run programs that benefit the following counties: Miami Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River.
AMBASSADOR POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
Every year L.I.F.E Sports Academy offers multiple positions to current high school and college students. These full-time (40 hrs. per week) and part-time (approx. 20 hrs. weekly or bi-weekly) positions are available within each of the Operations, Sports, and Eligibility & Compliance Departments for students seeking college and/or course credit*. The program is designed to introduce young professionals to careers in the fields of sport management, event planning, marketing/media relations, along with the due process system of a membership driven organization. In addition to networking opportunities, all interns will gain an understanding of the everchanging landscape of youth sports through a first-hand experience in the preparation for events and administrative meetings.
Operations:
- Assist with daily duties in marketing, public relations, and member management
- Assist in managing L.I.F.E Sports Academy on each of its social media platforms
- Write press releases and feature stories
- Assist in the managing of L.I.F.E Sports Academy awards and special recognition programs
- Assist with accurate record keeping
- Contribute to event planning for L.I.F.E Sports Academy events
- Attend and work L.I.F.E Sports Academy events

Sports:
- Update the Standards and Guidelines for all participants, parents, coaches, and officials
- Create packets for parents, coaches, and Tournaments as needed
- Edit Rules and Standards and Guidelines for Coaches
- Track and Update Game Day Results
- Assist with assigning Officials to Contest
- Assist in all preparations for L.I.F.E Sports Academy events
- Assist with daily duties in the Sports Operations Department
- Attend and work L.I.F.E Sports Academy events

Eligibility & College Tours:
- Contribute to event planning for L.I.F.E Sports Academy Eligibility and College Tours
- Develop educational and sports curriculum and materials for participants, coaches and parents
- Contribute to event planning for showcases
